Elizabeth, you are 3 months old today. Mommy and Daddy are in complete and total love with you. You are starting to smile a lot now and your smiles make Mommy so very happy. I am in awe of the changes you make on a seemingly daily basis. You now weigh about 11 pounds. I am so proud of your growth and health, Mommy's milk is giving you all of the nutrients you need to grow strong and healthy.

This week marked a big change. Mommy started back to work and Daddy stayed home alone to take care of you. Mommy missed you terribly, but Daddy did such an amazing job. Daddy is so good with you, he loves to sing to you and dance with you and do tummy time. Even when you are fussy, Daddy is right there to hold and comfort you.

You are starting to really notice things around you. You see and pay attention to Kiley now. You are starting to grab at your toys. You really like to look in the mirror and "talk" to yourself. During tummy time, you try so hard to roll over and have come very close a few times.

Sleeping is getting better. You have started to sleep more than 5 hours, and have even gone for 8 full hours a few times. Getting you to sleep is a bit of a challenge. I think you don't want to miss anything, so you don't want to close your eyes! You are so curious and want to learn. You enjoy reading time and have a few favorite books. The Belly Button book, and your name book from Papa.

We love you so much, Elizabeth. We can't imagine our lives without you. You are Mommy and Daddy's sunshine!
